Customization

We offer customization in color and fabric, provided it does not compromise the integrity and quality of the design. Customers may also send in their own pieces for customization. Customization services are available for an additional charge of PKR 2,000.

Minor size adjustments can be accommodated at no extra cost.

Shipping Policy

All MehrbyEM items are made to order and generally require approximately 2–3 weeks for fulfillment and delivery.

Delivery charges within Pakistan: PKR 400.

We also offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping charges vary depending on destination and parcel weight, and are confirmed before final order confirmation.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or incorrect orders. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, returns are eligible for store credit only.

Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges. Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

Order cancellations are allowed within 2 days of placing the order. Design or color modifications can also be requested within the same timeframe.
