Can I customize my order?

We offer customization in color and fabric, provided it does not compromise the integrity and quality of the design. Customers may also send in their own pieces for customization. Customization services are available for an additional charge of PKR 2,000. Minor size adjustments can be accommodated at no extra cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping rates vary depending on the location and the quantity of articles ordered.

What’s your return policy?

We only accommodate returns in the case of damaged or incorrect orders. Customers are requested to contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Once the return is approved, the order will be eligible for store credit only.

What’s your exchange policy?

As all our products are made to order, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges. Please ensure all order details are carefully reviewed before placing your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Order cancellations are allowed within 2 days of placing the order. Any modifications to the design or color can also be requested within the same timeframe.

What paymet methods do you accept?

We accept payments via debit/credit cards and direct bank transfers. For bank transfers, proof of payment must be provided to confirm the order.

How long does the delivery take?

All Mehr items are made to order and require approximately 2–3 weeks for fulfillment and delivery.
